“In life, whether you are a photographer or not, you meet at times people apart, with a face, a look, that touches us particularly.

Some of them represent a particular story, others seem to embody the whole of humanity…”

About
ME

At 49, Mehdi Bentahila is a humanist photographer deeply inspired by masters such as Dorothea Lange, Steve McCurry and Yousuf Karsh. Through images marked by spontaneity and aesthetics, he captures the essence of humanity in its universal emotions, traditions, and freedom quest. His photographs tell authentic stories, celebrating the relationship to others and the richness of human diversity. With a unique sensitivity to colour and light, he explores the idea that each encounter can open a window onto a more harmonious world, more connected and above all more curious about the Other.
